You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging. - Return and Exchange Process
To request a return or exchange: Please contact our customer service team via email, specifying your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange.
Receipt Confirmation: Customer service will confirm your return or exchange request and provide a return address and further instructions.
Returning Items: After receipt confirmation, please return the item to the designated address. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. - Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, but may take additional time to be credited to your account. - Refund and Exchange Restrictions
Underwear is not returnable or exchangeable, except in the case of product defects or incorrect shipments. Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage are not eligible for returns or exchanges. - Exchange Policy
The exchange process is similar to a refund. If you would like to exchange an item, please first request a return and then place a new order. - Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel an unshipped order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow our return process.
